Welcome to YBE. We are a family owned and operated establishment. We opened our doors on August 10th, 2011. Hailing from Midland Park in Bergen County, New Jersey, my father Guiseppe and I relocated here to beautiful Southport, North Carolina to start this venture and make our dream a reality.
We take great pride in the food that we serve. The vast majority of our menu items are made in house. All of our dough, sauces, dips, and dressings are homemade. We bake many of our breads & desserts.
We proudly support our community by using locally sourced meats, fish, & produce while it is available. We strive to be stewards of our Mother Earth and actively work to protect our waters and wildlife. We do not use any foam or non-recyclable plastics.
We also have a great selection of North Carolina Beer including Red Oak, Carolina Blonde, and Hoppium IPA.
My son, Patrick, joined us in 2013 as our Chef. Patrick has brought with him the skill and imagination that has modernized our menu.
We use the best natural product available on the market and prepare your meal to order.
All of our dedicated staff work collectively to get your meal to the table as quickly as possible and provide you with an outstanding experience at YBE.
